Give every order status a colour, a voice, and automation.

Magento lets you create order statuses but leaves them grey and silent. ModKor Order Status turns them into a workflow your team and your customers can read at a glance — and adds automation no other order-status extension has. You do it all on one modern screen: colour-code statuses, set per-status emails, create new statuses, and manage auto-advance rules.

Colour-code every status

  • Give each order status a colour and an optional short badge.
  • Colours appear everywhere: the admin Sales → Orders grid, the order view, and the customer's My Account → Orders (list, order view and the order-confirmation page).
  • Most order-status extensions are text-only — colour is a genuine upgrade for busy fulfilment teams.

Create custom statuses in seconds

Add statuses such as Picked Out, Packed & Ready, Shipped or Out for Delivery and assign each to a Magento order state (New, Processing, Complete, etc.). They become real Magento statuses, ready to pick from the order screen immediately.

Notify customers the right way

  • Toggle email on this status per status — the customer is emailed automatically when an order reaches it.
  • Assign a dedicated email template per status and per store view (e.g. a "Shipped — with tracking" template).
  • Falls back to a clean built-in template if you don't set one.

Create rules that move orders forward on their own — for example "Shipped → Complete after 7 days" or "Pending → Cancelled after 14 days." A background job applies them and records a status-history comment. No competitor in the order-status category automates like this.
