Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the website at www.modkor.com (the "Site") and of the software products, themes, license keys, and services offered under the Modkor brand (the "Offerings"), which are operated by Crestora Property Group LLC ("Crestora Property Group", "we", "us"). This AUP supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions.

By using the Site or any Offering, you agree to this AUP. We may update it from time to time; the current version is always posted on the Site.

1. Prohibited conduct

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

  • copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, lend, or publicly host our products, themes, license keys, or Composer access keys except as expressly permitted by the EULA;
  • share, publish, leak, or circumvent license keys, Composer access keys, repository authentication, activation, or any technical protection measure, or use a key on more domains than licensed;
  • use your Composer access keys to download products you have not licensed, or to provide our software to any third party;
  • decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source from any compiled or obfuscated component except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law;
  • use the Offerings to develop, train, or improve a product or service that competes with Modkor, or to extract code patterns for a competing extension;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, license, or proprietary notice;
  • represent our products or code as your own, or distribute them under a different brand.

2. Prohibited use of the Site and services

You may not:

  • access or attempt to access any system, account, or data without authorization;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach any security or authentication measure, except under a written authorization (such as an agreed security assessment);
  • introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its data;
  • scrape, harvest, crawl, or use automated means to extract data or content except as permitted by our published robots policy or with written consent;
  • impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or attempt a denial-of-service condition;
  • use the Site or services to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content, or to violate any law or third-party right;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use another person's account without permission.

3. Support and communications

When you contact support or post in any community channel, you may not submit unlawful content, abuse staff, or share another party's confidential information without authorization. We may refuse or terminate support for abusive conduct as described in the Support and Update License Agreement.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may, without notice where appropriate, remove content, suspend or revoke license keys, suspend or terminate accounts or access, and pursue legal remedies. A violation of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms and Conditions and the EULA. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.
